What is your typical lead time?

In-stock models ship within 3–5 working days from Shenzhen. Custom voltage, language or tooling configurations add 2–3 weeks for build. We confirm exact lead time with every quote.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One unit. We sell to crews and individual contractors, not just bulk buyers. OEM / ODM orders start at five units for branding customisation.

Do you offer training?

Operator video walkthroughs ship with every machine — several are on the video library. On-site commissioning by our engineers is available worldwide on quotation; typical mobilisation is 7–10 days after PO.

Are spare parts kept long-term?

Wear parts (inserts, seals, clamps) are stocked for the life of each model — including frames built before 2015. Typical wear-spare shipment leaves Shenzhen within 72 hours of order. Details on the support page.

Which incoterms do you sell on?

FOB Shenzhen as default; EXW / CIF / DDP available on request. We work with major freight forwarders in Yantian and Shekou ports.

Do you supply documentation for customs / class?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and CE Declaration of Conformity ship with every order. Class certificates (LR / DNV / ABS / CCS) by quotation.
