This site provides product information, technical reference material and a means to request a quotation. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to sell. Each order is governed by a separate written agreement — typically a proforma invoice or sales contract — which sets out specifications, price, Incoterms, delivery, payment, warranty and after-sales obligations. Those commercial terms take precedence over anything published here.

2. Business-to-business audience

Our equipment is designed for industrial use by qualified operators. The site is intended for procurement engineers, contractors, fabricators, EPCs and other commercial buyers, not for consumer purchase.

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep specifications, drawings, working ranges and compliance references (ASME, API, EN, etc.) accurate and up to date. However, equipment is continuously improved; the controlling specification for any order is the one stated on the proforma invoice or sales contract signed for that order. Always confirm critical parameters with our sales-engineering team before committing a purchase decision.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, illustrations, drawings, product names, the Kedes Machine marks and the page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Shenzhen Kedes Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. You may view and print pages for legitimate procurement evaluation and internal business use. You may not republish, resell, scrape, or use our photography and copy to market third-party equipment without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, probe or compromise the site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape content at a rate that degrades service for other users.

Disputes arising out of the website (as distinct from a signed sales contract, which has its own dispute-resolution clause) shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Shenzhen.

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
