I am the Founder of Kedes Machine and a dedicated machining specialist. For more than fifteen years — from a workshop bench in Shenzhen to project delivery across five industries — I have been on the manufacturing side of on-site beveling, facing and orbital welding equipment. I started this platform for one reason: to give buyers and crews direct access to the factory floor.

For too long, on-site machining equipment has been sold through layers of trading houses. By the time a question reaches the people who actually build the machine, the specification has been paraphrased, the lead time has been padded, and the price has been marked up two or three times. Wear parts — the part of the order that quietly decides whether a crew makes the shutdown window — arrive late, or do not arrive at all.

We do it differently. When you talk to Kedes, you talk to the engineers who designed the frame, the technicians who assembled it, and the after-sales team that stocks the wear parts. Tolerances, WPS compatibility, tooling-head selection, voltage and language options — all answered by the person who would also have to fix it if it were wrong.

Every machine we ship is built to the codes you weld to — ASME, API, EN — and backed by spare parts for the life of the unit, including frames we built before 2015. If a tooling head or insert is wrong for your pipe schedule, we will tell you before the PO is signed, not after the crate lands on your dock. Nothing here is a marketing exercise. Every serial number traces back to a part we machined, an assembly we tested, and a warranty signed in this office.
