SJ Pneumatic Angle Grinder (Standard & Vacuum Variants)
Industrial pneumatic angle grinder for heavy weld-bead removal and surface prep in shipyards, foundries and process plants — spark-free for hazardous zones. Standard SJ100 – SJ300 covers disc 100 – 300 mm; SJ125H adds an integrated dust-vacuum bag for confined-space work.

When do I need the SJ125H vacuum variant?
Any work in a confined space — ship cabin, boiler cavity, tank interior, cleanroom-adjacent area — where airborne grinding dust would exceed PEL (permissible exposure limit) for the operator. The vacuum bag captures ~95% of swarf at source, eliminating the respirator-and-blowdown workflow required with open grinders in confined work.
What air supply does the SJ300 need?
35 L/s at 0.63 MPa — roughly 4 m³/min flow. A 7.5 kW shop compressor with adequate receiver supports one SJ300 continuously. For multiple simultaneous SJ230 / SJ300 grinders, size compressor capacity per the total air consumption sum.
Disc size selection?
4" – 5" (SJ100, SJ125H) for finishing and detailed work. 6" (SJ150) for general-purpose grinding. 9" (SJ230) for medium-volume weld trim. 12" (SJ300) for heavy structural and foundry stock removal where large disc surface area and high torque earn the weight.
