03 Key Features

Built for the job site.

// 01
Same family — wrench or screwdriver head
BQ series shares the same impact mechanism and air-handling architecture. Wrench (D variants) for nuts and bolts, screwdriver (L variants) for screws. Shared spares inventory across an assembly line.
// 02
Spark-free pneumatic
Safer than electric in damp, hazardous and high-volume assembly environments. Standard tool in shipyard, automotive and bridge construction where electric tool risk is a documented concern.
// 03
Short edge-to-center distance
Compact head reaches bolts in confined assembly positions — engine block fasteners, vehicle chassis bolts, framework joint bolts that don't accept a longer-bodied tool.
// 04
Sub-1.1 kg up to M8
BQ6 / BQ8 variants under 1.1 kg — fatigue-free for 4 – 8 hour assembly shifts. BQ10D heavier (1.7 kg) but earns the weight on the M10 – M12 torque range.
06 FAQ

Common questions about the BQ Series · Impact.

Can't find your answer?

Wrench (D) or screwdriver (L) — which is right?
Wrench (BQ-D variants) for hex-head bolts and nuts on assembly work with sockets. Screwdriver (BQ-L variants) for slot, Phillips and Torx screws with bit holders. Same impact mechanism, different output head — choose by fastener type, not by torque rating.
Why pneumatic instead of cordless electric?
Three reasons: (1) sustained torque indefinitely vs battery cycling, (2) safer in damp and hazardous environments where electric tool sparks present ignition risk, (3) lower acquisition cost per assembly station — pneumatic tools cost a fraction of equivalent torque cordless tools at this duty class.
