Pneumatic Shop Tools — Air Duster · Drill · Stirrer

Three complementary pneumatic shop accessories on the same 0.63 MPa air supply — CC air duster for swarf and dust cleanup, Z6-3 high-speed precision drill for small-bore fastener holes, JB / SJB explosion-proof stirrer for volatile paint and solvent mixing. All spark-free for hazardous-area shop work.

03 Key Features

Built for the job site.

// 01
CC Air Duster — long-nozzle reach
Converts shop air into high-velocity cleanup jet. CC-3-500 and CC-5-500 with 500 mm nozzles reach inside machine guards, around fixtures and into corners that vacuum cleaners and rags miss. Standard accessory tool in CNC and precision-machine shops.
// 02
Z6-3 Precision Drill — 18,000 rpm
High-speed pneumatic drill for fastener holes up to Ø 6 mm. 0.75 kg ultra-light body for overhead aircraft and chassis assembly. Used in aerospace, automotive and small-part assembly where electric drills are too heavy or restricted.
// 03
JB / SJB Stirrer — explosion-proof paint mixing
Mandatory tool in paint, coating and solvent manufacturing where electric stirrer ignition is a documented industry hazard. JB100 for standard paint (≤ 2,000 rpm); SJB180-100 for high-viscosity coatings and resins (≤ 7,000 rpm).
// 04
Single 0.63 MPa air supply for all
All three tool types run on standard shop air at 0.63 MPa. One compressor and air-distribution network supports the full accessory toolset — no separate power infrastructure required.
06 FAQ

Common questions about the CC · Z6 · JB / SJB Series.

Can't find your answer?

Why bundle three tool types in one product page?
They share the same air supply, the same spark-free safety case, and the same buyer — a workshop equipping its pneumatic accessory bench. Each tool individually is a low-differentiation commodity; together they make the accessory case complete. Specify which units (and how many) on quotation.
Can a 7.5 kW shop compressor run all three?
Easily — combined steady-state air consumption is well below 30 L/s even with all three in continuous use. A 7.5 kW compressor delivers roughly 100 L/s, leaving capacity for the heavier grinders and impact tools running concurrently.
SJB stirrer — when do I need it over the standard JB?
For viscous coatings (≥ 5,000 cP) and large batch sizes (≥ 200 L drums). SJB180-100 delivers 0.80 kW and ≤ 7,000 rpm — keeps thick industrial coatings in motion where standard JB100 (≤ 2,000 rpm) would stall.
